Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of herbal supplements and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and order number are required.

Process

  2. If eligible, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
